Частые вопросы
Как войти в свой аккаунт Twitch?
Откройте настройки → «Аккаунты» → «Добавить». Вход проходит на странице Twitch в браузере — пароль в Chatterino+ не вводится и к нам не попадает.
Где настройки?
Кнопка настроек — в верхней части окна программы. Наверху окна настроек есть поиск: начните вводить, что ищете, например «тема» или «язык».
Как сменить язык интерфейса?
Настройки → «Вид и чат» → «Интерфейс и чат» → «Язык интерфейса». После смены языка перезапустите программу.
Чат не грузится или не видно смайликов — что делать?
- Проверьте подключение к интернету и что канал открыт правильно (логин канала Twitch).
- Если смайлики 7TV, BetterTTV или FrankerFaceZ не появились, их сервис может быть недоступен в вашей сети — перезапустите программу чуть позже.
- Если программа пишет, что вход устарел, войдите в аккаунт заново: настройки → «Аккаунты».
- Не помогло — напишите нам: что происходит, на каком канале и снимок экрана.
Как удалить свои данные?
Напишите на почту или в Telegram и укажите свой логин Twitch. Что хранит наш сервер и зачем — в условиях и политике конфиденциальности.
iPhone
Как войти?
Профиль (значок слева от поиска на главной) → «Войти через Twitch»: откроется страница Twitch с кодом — подтвердите его. Пароль в Chatterino+ не вводится.
Где настройки?
Профиль → шестерёнка справа вверху.
Как сменить язык?
Настройки → «Язык» (первый раздел): «Как в системе», «Русский» или «English» — меняется сразу.
Как заблокировать или пожаловаться?
Нажмите на ник в чате → «⋯» → «Заблокировать» или «Пожаловаться». Жалобы на сообщения Twitch принимает сам Twitch, на сообщения теневого чата — мы.
Эфир тормозит или не открывается?
В эфире «⋯» → «Качество» → «Авто» и проверьте интернет. Не помогло — напишите нам канал и время.

Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in to my Twitch account?
Open the settings → "Accounts" → "Add". You sign in on the Twitch page in your browser — your password is never entered into Chatterino+ and never reaches us.
Where are the settings?
The settings button is at the top of the app window. The settings window has a search box at the top: start typing what you are looking for, for example "theme" or "language".
How do I change the interface language?
Settings → "Appearance & Chat" → "Interface and chat" → "Interface language". Restart the app after changing the language.
The chat does not load or emotes are missing — what should I do?
- Check your internet connection and that the channel name is correct (the Twitch channel login).
- If 7TV, BetterTTV or FrankerFaceZ emotes did not appear, that service may be unreachable from your network — restart the app a bit later.
- If the app says your sign-in is outdated, sign in again: settings → "Accounts".
- Still not working — write to us: what happens, in which channel, and a screenshot.
How do I delete my data?
Write to us by email or Telegram and include your Twitch login. What our server stores and why is described in the terms and privacy policy.
iPhone
How do I sign in?
Profile (the icon to the left of search on the home screen) → "Sign in with Twitch": a Twitch page with a code opens — confirm it. Your password is never entered into Chatterino+.
Where are the settings?
Profile → the gear in the top right corner.
How do I change the language?
Settings → "Language" (the first section): "System", "Русский" or "English" — it changes right away.
How do I block or report someone?
Tap the username in chat → "⋯" → "Block" or "Report". Reports about Twitch messages are handled by Twitch itself, reports about shadow chat messages — by us.
The stream lags or does not open?
In the stream, tap "⋯" → "Quality" → "Auto" and check your internet connection. Still not working — write to us with the channel and the time.
